They make very tender muffins that are characteristic of Bornos and are called “ablandaos”. They are of various sizes. They also have pastries such as biscuits, oil cakes characteristic of the Sierra and which are a kind of bread roll, the thickness of a pizza, and which are baked with spices, nuts and sugar. The “carmelas” are also in high demand, a large bun filled with pastry cream
They open every day in the morning (from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), except Sundays. They have another office on Calle Ancha number 3 that does open on Sundays.
