They have a small office for the public where they sell various types of bread daily, among them the pan cateto, also known as telera and typical of the Sierra de Cádiz, the cundis, a bread with a more forceful crumb or the famous softened ones, a version of the A muffin characteristic of Bornos and which is characterized by having a very fluffy crumb and a slightly toasted crust, which makes them very tender, hence its name.

 


The product catalog is complemented by handmade sweets that they make depending on the season.

 


At Easter they make different types of donuts and a version of the Arcos bun, a kind of tender and spicy donut that is very popular in the neighboring town.

 


They also make cupcakes and from October to December, pestiños.
