La Playita.Inland Beach

This summer of 2022 the inauguration of the new artificial Bornos Beach took place. This is located next to the Cola del Embalse Natural Area, surrounded by nature so its views are unbeatable.

Bornos is part of the White Villages of the Sierra de Cádiz, and is considered one of the most charming villages, so its setting is idyllic. Its reservoir is one of the best known, thus taking advantage of the lake for bathing.

It has lifeguard services, umbrellas, public parking lots, restaurants, public toilets and a picnic area where you can hang out with friends and family. In addition, the baths can be combined with the nautical activities that we have available (kayak, paddle surfing, pedal boats, kitesurfing...).

In addition to the aforementioned activities, Bornos has air and land activities developed in the same area, thus being a complementary attraction (zip lines, trike, horseback riding, hiking, cycling...)

The beach is one of the main tourist attractions in the summer time. Not only does Andalusia fall in love with its extensive coastline, now thanks to this type of project, we can also enjoy the inland area, the sun, the water and the magnificent Cadiz environment in a different way.
